Taking Your Team’s Performance To The Next Level!
Team coaching is all about addressing and resolving barriers to your team’s success using insights, perspectives, and wisdom of the group. Some examples of when team coaching is a great solution include:

How It Works
Jones has an introductory conversation with the team leader to determine their initial goals for coaching and to learn more about the team.
We schedule three 45 minute sessions that are spaced three to four weeks apart.
In the first session Jones will learn more about the team, establish specific goals for coaching, and conduct an abbreviated coaching session. The session will end with development of an action plan for each team member to follow to apply the learning from the coaching session.
The following two meetings will be full length coaching sessions, each culminating in a new action plan for team members.
