Change and Accumulation
One of the most difficult parts of change is doing something small today that will have a positive impact on the future outcome of the change. One change in a work routine or eating something more healthy for lunch just seems so insignificant-if only there was a quicker, easier way... but there isn't.
Significant change rarely gets accomplished without a continuous series of small steps whose results accumulate over time and eventually lead to success.
