Attitudes To Prune

I came across a unique blog post recently in Inc. Magazine. The title of the blog was "Be Happy: 10 things to stop doing right now." The post offers practical thoughts on attitudes, perspectives or actions that don't serve us well if we want to be more happy at work. Here's the list:

  • Blaming
  • Impressing
  • Clinging
  • Interrupting
  • Whining
  • Controlling
  • Criticizing
  • Preaching
  • Dwelling
  • Fearing
